I love Texas public schools!As a proud graduate of a Texas public school in a small rural town, my journey in education began as a staff member in the Disciplinary Alternative Education Program (DAEP) and the Special Education Department. These experiences ignited my passion for supporting students with disabilities and the dedicated staff who serve them. Today, I have the privilege of supporting special programs across Texas as part of the TASB Student Solutions team.I specialize in the School Health and Related Services (SHARS) program, PEIMS coding, compliance monitoring, and management system administration. At TASB, I’ve expanded my expertise to encompass special education staffing, program monitoring, and professional development. I take great joy in sharing my knowledge on developing internal processes, streamlining operations, and training district staff to efficiently manage student records.My goal is to empower special educators to enhance their daily operations, allowing them to focus more time and energy on their students.
