• Provide leadership in the design, production and function of print, web, electronic and other communications.• Develop creative social media initiatives and campaigns from conception through to implementation.• Manage and improve Canada World Youth's national website. • Ensure that all promotional material is aligned with the organisation's brand identity.• Coordinate the production of promotional material to ensure competitive pricing and consistent quality.• Ensure a high quality connection between different parties concerned by the program.• Coordinate and manage a number of priorities and projects such as the annual report, newsletters and the annual campaign.• Collaborate in the development of recruitment material as well as educational tools and program manuals.• Provide fundraising support - use of Raiser's Edge
