Led the successful effort to obtain WASC approval for National University's first doctoral program. I had the privilege of working with the entire University community to bring to fruition years of work to obtain approval for National University to begin its first doctoral program.

I accepted this job to turn around a dangerously low NCLEX pass rate (75% for prior year and quarterly pass rates as low as 64% most recently when I arrived). As of 2013, the pass rate for Oct-Nov-Dec 2013 was 97%!

Responsible for teaching Doctoral Level Statistics and Data Analysis, and Research Design and Methods courses.
