My passion for event planning started when I asked my parents if I could plan my own birthday parties starting at 6 years old. I enjoyed every detail that went into planning an event that fit the exact occasion. I found my passion for planning sports events later in high school, where I helped to run a rally for life charity event in collaboration with the lacrosse team. To combine my passion for hospitality, event planning, sports, and customer relations, I earned my degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from University of Maryland Eastern Shore. I strive to leave a positive and lasting impression on guests through my unwavering energy, unmatched enthusiasm, and servant leadership (plus a high five). My thrill comes from providing first-class guest experiences by creating a memorable customer journey and engagement strategy for sports fans. In my current position as a Operations Manager, I manage large-scale events including sports, concerts, trade shows, and corporate meetings. I am looking to use my skills in a new position to benefit a sports team and their fans.
