Led the development of PowerBI dashboards for the xFighters, NCR/FCDs, and Punchlist data sources. Applied change management techniques to gain alignment and support necessary for effective development, implementation and sustainment of the dashboards through collaborations with key stakeholders - SMEs across GBUs, Functions and analytics colleagues.
