Lead the transition of Merchandise, Distribution and Company Planning functions into market, including the hiring of in-country business resources and the successful re-deployment and retention of displaced employees within Gap,Inc.

Head of Business Process Design and Transition Management for the GMS program, a multi-year corporate supply-chain improvement initiative. Perpetual and Financial Inventory implementationa - purchased Retek Merchandising System to implement an integrated perpetual and financial inventory solution for Gap,Inc. Scope of solution included all operational inventory movement from distribution to end consumer. Lead all business partner change management and communication efforts, including chairing the Executive Steering Committee. Implemented the inventory management system on time and on budget for all brands within Gap,Inc.
