• Facilitating & coordinating all recruitment activities, including maintenance of candidate/resume database and new hire orientation. .• Manage FTE tracking of headcount, vacancies and turnover rate. Ensure FTE is aligned and within current and forecasted budgeted positions.• Ensure Recruitment Tracking report, Hire/Exit list, Department FTE list, and all other tracking reports• Maintaining HRIS: Employee Files, recordkeeping: Personal Information, Salary History & Adjustments, Leave Tracking, etc.• Budget Planning: Employee related products/services (ID / Benefits cards, uniforms, employee events) Monthly report on FTE including transfers, relocations, promotions, retirements.• TUGHE/Union related activities & special events. • Part of Human Resource team that is responsible for overall HR leadership, HR strategy, planning, budgeting & controlling employment, recruitment and selections of right skills for the business, performance management, talent review & development, leadership training and industrial relations. • Responsible for recruitment and the development of HR focal persons in all department to be in the position of taking HR lead in their respective program unit areas
