Mary E. Mongioi has been a Partner at Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP since 2015.Ms. Mongioi concentrates her practice in veterinary and dental corporate and transactional matters and chairs the firm’s Veterinary practice group. She guides her clients throughout the life cycle of their practice – from initial formation and structure through complex acquisitions and financings. Ms. Mongioi also provides strategic counsel to both large corporate clients and individually-owned clinics on all aspects of corporate law, including practice acquisitions and sales, buy-ins and other partnership matters, leases and other real estate transactions, as well as drafting and negotiating contracts associated with such matters.Ms. Mongioi also concentrates her practice in DEA & Regulatory compliance.
