Design, build and commission new plants to ensure they are brought online safely. Collaborate with scientists and operators to transfer new technologies to the manufacturing plant. Evaluate the performance of existing equipment and identify improvements to achieve KPIs and lead cost reduction initiatives.

Working with novel formulations to carry out preliminary scale up assessments, pilot-plant design, techno-economic assessments, technology risk assessments and environmental assessments including carbon accounting and life cycle assessment.
