My contracts were for my expertise in training, dealership operations, systems and controls. I was retained by major automotive manufacturers to assess and revamp dealership operations in accounting. I implemented process and procedures that were instrumental in turning failed dealerships into profitable operations.To stay updated with evolving technology and procedures, I attended seminars in accounting, sales, customer relations and human resources. In 2001, I opened a training center (Automotive Consulting Training Center) that specialized in training and preparing Secretary/Treasurer candidates, Dealer and Dealership Staff Training for a career in the automotive industry. This enormously challenging and rewarding business venture, afforded me the opportunity to create a classroom curriculum for Ford Motor Company and Chrysler Corporation for training Controller/Business Managers.
