Leading a select group comprised of members of the Board of Directors and the CEO. Developed the critical messaging around Mission, Vision and CARE statements. Performed GAP analysis. Working on appropriate documentation to meet four sectors requirements which include: Governmental organizations, Internal departments, Public/Clients and Benefactors. Reworking all web presence information to match critical messaging and implementing in a multi phase project. Creation of materials including signage, pamphlets, letterheads, etc. Determining Health Awareness Calendar to coordinate with partners and experts delivering health and wellness information for our clients. Identification of partners that meet the needs of our demographic group and potentially play a role in the enhancement of our client's life. Starting to look at creation of community based events that align with our clients and benefactors across the communities that we service.

Evaluation of zoning changes proposed by interested parties within the city limits and make recommendations, as a Commission, to the City Council for their approval or denial. Review and recommendations of the Comprehensive Plan documents generated by the city staff and governed by the DEO (Department of Economic Development of the State of Florida) for the City Council's approval or revision. Participate in Public Hearing on items such as Ordinances.

Design and Implementation company meeting the needs of our commercial and residential clients. Worked on numerous large apartment projects: encompassing minor updates all the way to major renovations. Worked with the teams to renovate residential properties and to provide a safe and sound customer centered environment while achieving the owner’s financial goals and achieving industry recognition. Second Street Station project was recognized with the MDAC Award for Major Renovation of the Year for 2008 and Lake Pointe for the Best Model 2014 by the Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA). Maintained strong working relationships: with contractors, suppliers, architects and city officials, to meet project expectations. Renovated 2000+ units in one year alone, utilizing proven project processes.

Identified a future market demand for Real Estate Staging and established what would become the leading Real Estate Staging organization in the Twin Cities. The company worked with multiple Real Estate company Executives to establish requirements and solutions for multiple demographic groups. Able to established ourselves as the primary Staging Provider for numerous Property Management companies and Real Estate professionals within a seven county metropolitan area. Growing customer demands for expanded services eventually lead to the creation of M.C. Murray Décor and Design.

Initially as a consultant brought into to work on complex projects and the creation of an Enterprise Project Office. Joined the company as the Enterprise Technology Officer, successfully led Strategy and Standards Organization. Primarily responsible for Strategic Planning, Project Management Office, Principal Architecture, Web Services, and Quality Assurance/Control. Strategy and Standards dealt with the demands of business and systems architecture utilization. Implemented the Zachman Framework. The Project Management Office handled the Project Life Cycle (PLC) to ensure that all Stakeholders understood and had buy in to the benefits. This included methodology for all phases of the PLC such as Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Team, Communications, Risk and Procurement. The Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) was integrated in to the PLC for implementation of products such as Microsoft, Oracle and IMS as well as internal programs whether Waterfall or Agile. Quality was maintained through testing including utility certification, performance engineering. All projects had a clear completion criteria and feedback loop for continual process improvements across the Enterprise

Example is: • Provide leadership in the refinement of a Data Center Migration and Relocation Plan for First Card Corporation, in the Chicago area. The successful merger of 7 distinct plans into one homogeneous plan. (Solution Integrator) We were responsible for meeting customer essential technology requirements. Selected a qualified team of professionals and together deliver customer objectives. Example is: • Develop a Distance Learning Project for the Center of Aerospace Science (CAS) if the University of North Dakota: required coordination between multiple divisions of IBM, the Federal Government, the University and subcontractors.
