Upon the completion of my masters I aim to venture into the field of development; specifically project management and consultancy, as well as business mainly focusing on the HR aspects of it. To date my studies from my undergraduate degree (International Development Studies with Politics),have allowed me to actively engage with the idea of development through various field trips and talks from employers and practitioners from the development sector. My current course in human resource management, has also given me an insight on how to manage people that I might get to work with if I am to get in to project management in development, it has also enlighten me on how to strategically make decisions under pressure. Additionally extra curriculum activities such as volunteering and attending conference has enabled me to gain from a multifaceted learning experience.
