Recruiting Manager - Package Based Solutions Division - 10/1996 - 07/1999• While working for the world’s third largest Information Technology consulting firm, managed staff of seven recruiters and two administrators. • The mission of our group was to focus on increasing productivity and achieving aggressive hiring goals in an extremely competitive market. • While managing the department, I also hired the highest number of candidates within the group. • All technical hires for the Package Based Solutions division were skilled in SAP, Oracle Applications, Peoplesoft, or Baan. • Hiring was focused on candidates with at least two years of hands-on experience in one of these implementation areas. • Also hired all internal management, administrative, and sales/marketing employees. Responsible for changing strategy and direction of our hiring focus based on business goals during the year. • During 1998, our department hired almost 200 employees for the package-based area and was personally responsible for almost half of these hires. • There was a significant need for sourcing quite a few “executive level” candidates to support the growth of this division.
