Created the first full-service international standard animal hospital, pet care facility and humane animal welfare resource center in the PRC. Developed a professional international veterinary learning exchange program bringing foreign and local veterinarians together to help improve animal healthcare and public health - One Health. Created shelter management training programs, shelter medicine programs, adoption programs, canine obedience training programs, Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) programs and rabies vaccination programs to improve animal welfare in China. Provide internships for undergraduate and graduate students, veterinarians and animal welfare and healthcare professionals from China and around the world to deepen knowledge and understanding of the animal healthcare and welfare situation in China. Foster and strengthen the human-animal bond and improve animal welfare through responsible pet ownership public awareness campaigns, school programs and pet owner education.

Advisor to Dr. Jane Goodall on environmental, wildlife and humane animal welfare practices and policies in the PRC.
