• Evaluate promotion requests, and make recommendations based on program parameters, sales trends and ROI
• Program systems for current promotion parameters
• Manage SPIFF program including participant registration, programming and payout processing
• Administer claims process for marketing and display programs, ensuring requirements are met
• Continuously review current processes for compliance and improvement opportunities, identify and recommend time and cost savings potential and implement solutions
• Manage trade show display program including scheduling, quoting and invoicing

• Provide exceptional customer service assisting Dealers, Designers and Account Managers with products, systems, and website navigation questions
• Order entry and tracking within multiple systems including Oracle, JD Edwards, Unidata, AS400
• Organize and schedule builder orders to meet customer requirements for on time delivery
• Consult with field Sales Representatives regarding new opportunities
• Negotiate with dealers, internal management, finance, customer care and logistics departments to eliminate objections and facilitate sales
• Use Salesforce (CRM) to track account activity and communications

• Use MS Project and MS Office to track concurrent projects, schedule and conduct meetings, prepare agendas, notify management, contractors and employees, and publish minutes to keep all groups informed regarding all.
• Evaluate and resolve issues related to construction completion, startup and move-in
• Negotiate contracts for building and equipment maintenance, repair, and utilities to adhere to cost saving guidelines, budgets, and terms
• Provide direction for service contractors and company employees at all levels to ensure building maintenance quality standards
• Collaborate, plan and execute display changes with corporate buyer, designer and store managers
• Implement safety training program to meet OSHA, First Response, NFPA and Security requirements and publish emergency procedure handbooks

• Design store interiors including space planning of retail, office and warehouse; interior finishes; merchandise and accessory selections; lighting and electrical specifications
• Schedule using MS Project
• Communicate directly with store owners, architects, engineers and contractors regarding project schedule, details and RFI’s to facilitate on time completion
• Develop construction drawings in AutoCAD to meet requirements for US & European markets
• Actively participate as part of prototype retail store design team
• Collaborate with team members to standardize training procedures, business guidelines and develop procedure handbook to guide customers through the design and construction processes
