As a dedicated sales associate at a local store for two years, I gained valuable experience in the retail industry and honed my skills in customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledgement. I learned how to assist customers, count stock in the store, and developed more technology skills by assisting with the social media. This experience introduced me to the world of marketing, where I learned how to manage social media accounts, analyze customers, and create content.I played a leadership role in the workplace by assisting and mentoring new employees, and helping them adjust to their new role in the workplace.
