As the proprietor of my own business, I work with private clients for Emotional Release using EFT and other modalities, as well as offering services as an Intuitive and Spiritual Life Coach. I have authored and illustrated four Inspirational Card Decks, Inner Wisdom Cards, Spirit Animal Cards, Chakra Affirmation Cards, Mary's Magical Message Cards and others to be published. I am a researcher, author and teacher on many higher consciousness related topics. I design, create and maintain websites, utilizing html and javascript, social media, marketing, multiple facets of television and radio production and hosting, public speaking and strategic planning.

As Director, responsibilities included research and implementation of all new technologies; recruiting, training and management of IT staff; overseeing technical support of ten divisional offices, as well as all their community offices; management of WAN; procurement of all hardware, software and new technologies; project planning and re-engineering; sat on Executive Technology Steering Committee, Technical Team Leader for large Merger Integration Project which involved electronic conversations across many platforms, sat on Information Migration Committee implementing the corporate merger, Regional Lead for the WAN Integration Project, sat on the Change Control Board, Chairman of Customer Service Re-Engineering Committee.

Responsible for the planning, implementation and management of large data conversion, including the restructuring of administrative procedures and workflow. Held weekly meetings to direct each department in procedures and the flow of the specific information that they are responsible for and to then make it compatible with the computer system. Create work flowcharts, procedures and training manuals for each department. Developed new cost coding structures and budget controls. Debug computer system and troubleshoot implementation issues. Work with programmers to make necessary changes to computer programming. System Administration and technical support. Responsible for all hardware acquisition and configuration. Research and test new software. Installation and training of staff on all off the shelf and proprietary software. MRIS maintenance and research. Involved in setting up a Windows NT network.

As Manager of Information Systems, responsibilities included System Administration on SCO Unix network, all hardware acquisition, configuration, repairs and upgrades. Devised and implemented systems of information dissemination both electronically and administratively. Created all training and procedure manuals. Setup and configured 12 remote sites and served as remote technical support. Created and implemented the structural overview of tying budgeting, accounting and new sales module together. Trained all personnel and offered technical support. Worked with programmers to debug system.As Contracts Administrator, was responsible for subcontractor contracts and other contracts management duties.
