While in this role I manage the kiosk, payment center and call center for the division of Occupational & Professional Licensing. I ensure that the call center administrators accurately and efficiently respond to email and phone inquiries received for the 25 licensing boards and commissions. I ensure the payment center administrators process licensing application, refunds and various other financial documents daily emphasizing the importance of attention to detail. It is my responsibilities to act as a liaison between the Treasurer's office, Office of the Commissioner and the Executive Directors of the boards and Commissions.
