I have successfully managed multiple financial functions within organizations, encompassing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, asset management, General Ledger reconciliations, GL Journaling, budgeting, financial statements, banking activities, ACH payments, and filing for PPP loan forgiveness, which was approved. Moreover, I played a key role in facilitating the establishment of an EIDL (Economic Injury Disaster Loan) to support the financial needs of the organization. I diligently followed up on expected and unpaid payments from telecom providers, ensuring timely resolution and accurate tracking of revenue for the organization. In addition to this, I effectively liaised with both carriers and company staff and conducted weekly financial meetings with the company president, providing comprehensive updates and insights to support informed decision-making. I ensured that commission tables were aligned with applicable commission structures and policies, enabling accurate and timely commission payouts to agents based on their performance.
