• Led a team of 15 individuals performing a variety of tasks which included reconciling lease equipment schedules, preparing schedule documentation, resolving disputed Cisco Inc invoices, and data entry. • Implemented policies and procedures to manage new lease business as well as reduce the pre-funded inventory (PFI) backlog of over $350 million. Reduced PFI of $40 million for the largest customer by over 50% within three weeks to $19 million. • Worked with vendors and Cisco Inc to increase headcount to levels needed to manage CSCC operations. • Worked with Business Process Reengineering to implement a Front-End System to automate the scheduling process.
