COMU Siberian Huskies is a small, currently non-breeding kennel, located in Urbana, OH. The kennel's principle mission and purpose is breed education. We are working to do all things with our Siberians-- conformation, mushing, companion dog obedience, rally obedience, working pack dog title hiking, and therapy dog work-- so we can share our adventures and introduce others to the wonders of this amazing breed!

As head baker, I developed new commercial products within kosher parve guidelines and restrictions, managed daily bread and sweet dough production; and trained and supervised utility bakers.I have maintained a working relationship with Rosenfeld's since leaving there in 2005, providing consultation on recipe development and baking during holiday seasons.
