My work has always been focused on the development of leaders and nurturing relationships. I have managed consulting relationships and engagements for more than 100 clients around the world. I was responsible for the staffing, implementation, and evaluation of a global training initiative with a Fortune 100 organization.My past experience includes co-founding the Breckenridge Film Festival, now one of the oldest film festivals in the country. As co-director of the festival, I cultivated relationships with artists, businesses, and sponsors, and galvanized operations to support a festival that has grown to boast more than 2500 visitors and 250 volunteers each year.
