HFH-NYS is a state-wide association that provides advocacy, training and technical assistance, conferences, and grant administration for New York’s 35 Habitat affiliates. As CEO, I oversaw all aspects of operations, government relations, and relationship building with key senior leaders. I engaged and educated our network by planning annual conferences and facilitating monthly calls• Increased HFH-NYS’ advocacy presence and volunteer base by organizing a Capitol Build Day, bringing together over 200 staff, volunteers, sponsors, and policymakers to frame a house in 1 day at the NYS Capitol Building to advocate for affordable homeownership policies• Improved efficiency by developing a Salesforce document portal software • Facilitated strategic planning and capacity building for affiliates and their boards

FPSCNY is a reproductive health care nonprofit with a $3.5 million budget, four county service area, five health centers and 50 employees, serving 10,000 medical patients in 20,000 visits annually, 10,000 educational clients, and active public affairs program.
