Promoted from assistant to designer of women’s sweaters over 4-year period, growing the business to a $240 million business. Designed and developed key items, designing into yarn buckets and specific business needs. Worked directly with merchants, product design and Hong Kong office to develop and grow the sweater area. Conducted weekly fittings and also developed all tech packs on PDM program. Attended Pitti Filati and Expofil yarn shows, developing relationships with Italian mills. Developed conceptual knitwear patterns and stitches to use for original designs.

Worked as a product manager on RRL division specifically on outerwear, woven and denim tops. Sourced and developed fabrics, leather, denim, trims, and washes to create vintage, worn-in clothing. Traveled to factories to present designs and concepts and to manage the development process. Shopped vintage and “rigged” outfits in order to present conceptual ideas and direction for development.
