I coach clients and speak publicly about lifestyle and transformation tools that ignite personal healing from the inside out. Transformational healing is a Holistic (Whole-istic) process that begins within thus igniting the inner journey of self discovery and your authentic scared self. "All" aspects of "Self" (Body, Mind, Emotion and Spirit) must be discovered and redeemed to allow the true transformation and healing to unfold. When your internal environment shifts and finds its awareness, balance and wholeness, the body will natural heal. This shift in Consciousness is the state of "Being" in internal balance of unconditional love, non-judgement, and total acceptance of all that is. It's the "I AM" presence where life flows freely and you are a co-creator with life itself. I am currently working with clients on a one on one basis as a NES Wellness Practitioner and Transformational coach. Combining the NES Wellness System (the body's energy and information system) with transformation coaching has been a power combination for connecting and activating the body's innate healing capacity. It has been the most complete, whole-istic method of healing I have found to date.I am also available for public presentations, workshops and retreats in which I share my own (very personal and vulnerable) healing journey through breast cancer, healing and rediscovering my authentic, sacred self. Of all the healing modalities I have experienced and tried, opening the door to the sacred self has had the most profound effect in my life and the lives of others.
