All day-to-day operations. Duties included but were not limited to: employee recruiting, training and supervising; collection development; marketing of services and programs; development of monthly and annual reports for local library board and annual reports for state library services; grant proposals; planning and implementing children's and adult programing; annual budget; computer maintenance; software education; and other duties as required.I was chosen for this position based on my experience in several different aspects of library administration. These areas included: circulation, small branch management, technical services, youth services and reference/information desk.
