I am currently working as a pension’s administrator at Towers Watson. The company consist of various types of pension plans with diverse clients both large and medium sized. My daily duties include setting up retirement quotes either when requested by the member or when the member is close to their retirement age. In addition, I deal with death cases which consist of stopping the pension payment, setting up and completing cases. Great care is also taken to look out for important information in terms of whether benefits are due to the estate or owed. Attention to detail and accuracy is an important aspect of my role as each member is allocated a pension scheme. Also a number of calculations are done manually rather than on a software which leaves a very minimal room for any errors. Good and clear communication with clients is one of the strategies used to build a relationship with the client/member and provide a quality customer service, for example, remembering each caller with a level of understanding about their case helps them to gain their trust. Lastly, my role also involves meeting targets and deadlines as there are cases to be dealt with for each day, so it is important to complete the case and also leaving the client/member satisfied with the services.

Administrator for the Falls Liason Service. Documenting referrals from various surgery's and practices. Producing data, making bookings, answering phone calls, updating the system with new information.

I worked at Air Business in revenue protection monitoring and influencing the increase of revenue. I also worked with different courier services to package and send out orders to various locations and countries through the couriers.
