Ultimately performance is measured on acquisition & ROI achieved in comparison to strict targets. - Negotiating contractual details and monitoring bottom line ROI from individual partners on a continuous basis.- Full responsibility of development, management and execution of innovative promotional campaigns and development of all relevant supporting materials – creative, copyrighting, tracking, reporting.- Development of KPI reports for senior management and presenting results on all aspects of partnership performance including delivery, conversions, acquisition, revenue, customer value and ROI.- Devising regular media plans detailing all exposure agreed for the whole partner base and communicating company wide. Plans include estimated new customer levels, targets, costs & exposure agreed. - Management of four Key Account/New Business Development Executives on a full time basis.
