The New Colombo Plan (NCP) is a signature initiative of the Australian Government which aims to lift knowledge of the Indo-Pacific in Australia by supporting Australian undergraduates to study and undertake internships in the region. As a Program Coordinator, I worked closely with the Scholarships, Mobility and Alumni team to provide effective coordination and support services across the Program’s life cycle phases, ensuring a consistent, seamless and high-quality experience for NCP students, university partners, host institutions and organisations, and alumni. Key responsibilities in this role include:- Support planning and coordination of the program and its activities- Manage a cohort of 70+ Scholars and act as their case manager- Ensuring the implementation of policies and procedures.- Liaising and maintaining good relationships within the team and external stakeholders.- Organising meetings and events.- Creating reports, presentations, and proposals
