Clinical Laboratory Scientist Quality And Staff Development Supervisor
Current● Provide leadership, strategy and compliance oversight of QMS programs.● Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders in the development of process, procedures and training programs to meet regulatory requirements.● Subject matter expert providing expertise to leadership and support through compliance reviews and internal audits. ● Leads inspection readiness preparations to ensure compliance with ISI 9001, CAP, FDA, and AABB● Identify and monitor non-conforming processes● Trend NCRs and CAPAs and conduct follow-ups on implemented corrective actions.● Supervise, mentor and train personnel in utilization of lab IT systems, regulatory and quality programs. ● Research and interprets standard compliance requirements● Author, review and approve QMS procedural documentation.● Utilize gap analysis to determine compliance discrepancy and actions for resolution.● Serving as system administrator for Document Control System.● Perform external audits at peer organizations● Manage occurrence reporting and investigating of performance improvement activities● Generate reports and presentation for hospital leadership
