Work with over 50 member organizations and committed individuals in the six coastal counties of Mississippi to build solutions to prevent and ultimately end homelessness.

Worked with housing developers, nonprofit organizations, and government entities to create affordable housing opportunities for vulnerable populations in Tennessee and Mississippi through strategic planning, grant writing, research, and documenting outcomes for reporting at the local, state, and federal levels. Worked with the United States Interagency Council on Homelessness from 2005-2009 to research local investments to implement 10-Year Plans to End Chronic Homelessness. Worked with the City of Chattanooga from 2007-2010 to implement a set-aside of HOME funds to develop affordable rental housing for households experiencing homelessness. Worked with a variety of nonprofit organizations to plan, fund, and implement housing and service programs for vulnerable populations.

Promoted the Creating Homes Initiative and developed funding opportunities and partnerships among nonprofits, government entities, and housing developers to create over 1000 housing options for persons living with disabilities.
