• Facilitate public meetings, both in person and via phone or web• Effectively deliver presentations on the Clean Water Partnership (CWP)• Communicate with diverse audiences• Understand local civic structure within jurisdictions and implement community engagement strategies to the entities• Monitor, track and resolve community complaints and inquiries promptly• Attend and participate in project meetings and construction meetings to stay abreast of construction schedule and potential community impacts• Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly CWP community outreach reports• Develop a comprehensive community outreach plan by assigned device type/projects• Collaborate with other CWP consultants to ensure community outreach objectives are met• Establish and maintain Community Stakeholder Directory inclusive all stakeholders impacted by the CWP project/device (business, homeowners, schools, and churches)• Other related community outreach support duties
