Responsibilities:Visiting and assisting Water Service Providers together with the JICA expert team in the reduction of Non-Revenue Water through discussions, basic analysis and field trials.Reviewing of annual NRW reduction plans of Water Service Providers(WSPs) for improving meter conditions for large and medium customers and sustaining active leak detection methods.Reviewing and editing of the NRW Reduction Standards (Guideline & Handbook).Promotion and awareness campaigns to WSPs and Counties on the use of the New NRW Reduction Standards.Technical support to the WSPs on NRW reduction through testing of the equipment procured by the Ministry for the WSPs.Monitoring and evaluation of the progress on projects under Water Works Development Agencies.
