I've had some interesting work experiences over the years and I have found value in each and every one. I've been a fast food worker, a hotel maid, a barista, a retail associate, supervisor, expert ham glazer 😉, pharmacy technician, fine artist, and now a medical coder. I love to read each medical encounter or operative report and apply my knowledge of coding guidelines, anatomy, pathophysiology and medical terminology to determine the right codes. My new career is always changing. (More than once a year, in fact). It's challenging and rewarding. There's so many directions to go in. I'm excited to see where it takes me. ☺️"I am learning every day to allow the space between where I am, and where I want to be, to inspire me, and not terrify me." Tracee Ellis Ross
