Joined the retail Team to help grow and develop the Retail Culture at Stearns.

The OSS Team has been instrumental in helping open, develop and train new and existing operation centers/fulfillment sites. Also part of the management team to provide operational support, problem solve and process improvement for Retail, Wholesale and Correspondent Lending Channels.

Responsible for integration, post deployment and optimization of Joint Ventures with large real estate brokers, homebuilders and financial services companies nationwide to cultivate profit-boosting partnerships that yield convenient, one-stop services for home buyers while enhancing the profitability, efficiency and success of Countrywide's existing 53 business partnerships.Created, delivered and trained new systems and tools to optimize Joint Venture partner contribution, capture rates, customer satisfaction and overall volume. Provided strategic business planning and managed daily activities of 53 business partnerships with team. Planned and implemented ongoing development of supporting systems to meet company operational and financial objectives. Contributed to Company's production success by taking on a series of increasingly responsible roles in a variety of locales and business units over 19 years with Countrywide.
