As the Director of Field Sales and Strategy for a Direct Sales based business, as well as a Founding Partner, my focus was in developing strategies for product promotions and team challenges for our home-based Consultants. Our corporate success relied on increasing the number of Consultants across the country as well as finding strategies to promote individual businesses with our faith-inspired jewelry, accessories and home decor. Personal accountability and success was demonstrated through planning and conducting inspirational national conventions for our Consultants, developing fundraising strategies and parameters, sales training through video productions, creation of radio advertisements and refreshing website content, and writing procedures and policies for the implementation of standards for consistency and excellence among our diverse sales force. Personally inspired strategies for increasing sales included marketing spirit-wear items for schools, developing a "Virtue on the Field" program for high school football teams, developing and writing daily inspirations on a company blog, photographing products and models for specific marketing strategies, and responding to variations in sales by boosting involvement with competitions and a rewards system.I have a hands-on approach to leadership, traveling across the country to work with new Consultants and Team Leaders, sharing personal experience or demonstrating effective sales techniques. My motivational style provided comfort to inexperienced Consultants who welcomed my instruction, as well as seasoned professionals who were interested in large scale fundraisers with custom created products. Catholic Bling, later Christian Bling, was started by four mothers and our four high school freshman daughters. The partners demanded accountability as we provided provide clarity, detailed direction, empowerment and mentorship.By the time our four Junior Partners left for college, Christian Bling had grown into a formidable direct sales organization, eventually offering just over 500 women a Consultancy role in 39 states selling jewelry, home decor and gifts. Initial sales kits were purchased, home shows and retail events sustained personal businesses, and production grew exponentially, requiring outside producers and outsourcing of materials. The thriving company was sold in 2018 and still exists today at CB Jewelry.As a Founding Partner, a lot of sweat-equity and long work days responded to the challenges of accelerating corporate growth and the thrill of achieving success in numbers. Purchasing a new home inspired me to obtain my Real Estate license and act as my own Buyers Agent, eventually leading to a position in Commercial Real Estate. While focusing primarily on retail leases, I assisted my broker in various sales of land, warehouses and commercial buildings. Experience was gained in computer research of proprietorship, sales and tenant improvement negotiations.

Field Sales in pharmaceuticals combined implementing approved sales presentations for seven FDA approved drugs with personal strategies to increase face-time with influential doctors and pharmacists. Job requirements included continual specialized education in the fields of cardiology, infectious disease, orthopedics, pulmonology, urology, allergy and gynecology. Results include awards in highest regional, state and national sales, including a 3rd place national ranking for sales of a newly-launched product. Distinctions included being named Special Ambassador to Japan for a 10 day sales strategy meeting with the Daiichi Pharmaceutical Company. Success regionally throughout employment consistently awarded quarterly competition rewards and the additional responsibility of Regional Sales Trainer.

LandGrant Development is in the Real Estate Management Industry, with divisions for acquiring and purchasing land, development of retail shopping centers, leasing retail and office space, and managing the properties. As a recent college graduate initially hired to assist in the management of retail space, excellent experience was gained troubleshooting tenant complaints and enforcing adherence to negotiated contracts. As my communication skills were made apparent and my understanding of retail leasing expanded, my tenure was shifted to contract writing. Skills were required for writing appropriate edits to standard contracts, proofing and revising tenant negotiations, and following through contract transference until fully executed. Our 2-member department wrote, revised and amended contracts for 5 shopping centers, totaling over 200 retail shop owners.
