-Built reduced-form causal econometric models against large-scale dataset to analyze the causal impact of new or existing delivery programs on customer behavior (e.g., spending, acquisition, retention & attrition) to influence hundreds of millions investment on (a) WW expansion of the faster than same-day program; (b) changes in shipping price, free shipping threshold and shipping speed for non-Prime customers; (c) faster promised delivery.-Partnered with product team to design, run and analyze randomized experiments to influence various shipping program and benefit launch decision.
