*Design and Implement IEPS Create IEP on MI Star  Hold IEP meetings consult with Special Education team*Work with students with Multiple Disabilities *Teach all subject areas using differentiated instruction, Teach remedial lessons and assist with classwork Use of Accommodations, visual aids, manipulatives, hands on learning, math and reading groups based on student ability. Teach based on different learning modalities. *Administer State Tests and Classroom Assessments and Scantron Performance Based Assessments to monitor progress towards academic goals*Assist Teachers with Behavior Management Help implement Behavior Plans and Provide Positive Reinforcement to students for good behavior Provide Sensory Breaks for Students as needed  Progress Monitoring and took notes on daily interventions and student progress Biweekly testing to record student progress*Facilitate Teacher Student Support Teams Provide Interventions to teachers to assist with their struggling learners Create behavior plans for students in their classes with behavioral concerns Provide documentation for teacher to keep track of strategies they have implemented.
