I am currently working as a Knowledge & Evidence Specialist at UKHSA in the Regional Surveillance Team, for the Midlands. I started my professional library career as a Postgraduate Library Trainee at the UHDB library at The Royal Derby Hospital; which I started whilst completing my masters in librarianship at The University of Sheffield. My work experience in libraries, publishing and education have enabled me to gain excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, research and analytical skills which are essential in the knowledge, evidence and information management field. I have experience in working on rapid change review projects at a large NHS Trust during the COVID-19 pandemic, literature searches and have conducted post project reviews whilst working as Business Analyst and Marketing Systems Trainer at Elsevier.
