- Designed and implemented a human resource system, as well as advanced finance and accounting procedures, helping company grow from 34 employees to 350+ and annual revenue increasing from ~$5M to $60+M.
- Played an instrumental role in the development and completion of the sale of the company to a private equity group in 2021.
- Developed a strong team of accounting, finance, legal, security and human resource professionals who manage the organization’s administrative functions.
- Led the research efforts and collaborated with legal to develop and implement plans to set up offices in the United Kingdom and Japan.
- Analyzed, assisted negotiation, and performed due diligence in the acquisition of 2 entities, including onboarding and integrating acquired employees.
