Audited freight billing rates for clients using Excel Spreadsheets and Transport systems. Analyzed existing freight rates, tariff regulations, and proposed government approved changes in rates received from shippers, sales offices, and other carriers to determine required changes in RISC system rate tables.

Contracted to develop a system to track inventory, purchasing, manufacturing, vendors, and accounts payable for a lamp designer/manufacturer. I designed and implemented an Access DB with queries, reports, and schedules, for generating purchase orders, bill of materials, shop drawings, and various sales analyses. The new system was instrumental in helping the small company target sales, reduce purchasing discrepancies, and increase efficiency in manufacturing.
