Managed double-digit million-dollar budget, solved personnel matters for staff of 40, supervised fact-checking and copy-editing, and ensured on-time delivery of each issue to printer. Supervised daily activity of 50-person staff and 18-28 freelancers at national monthly with 2 million circulation. Managed through transition between editors-in-chief and massive staff turnover while directing on-time press delivery of each issue. Created 2002 budget and instituted this publication’s first-ever methods of cost control.
