In the early days, I ran the business portion of Young Living on a daily basis, while assisting Gary on the farms and speaking throughout the world. Presently, I am active in Young Living's day-to-day business functions, and provide strategic direction to the executive team and employees. Prior to starting Young Living with Gary, I established and cultivated my own direct selling business. I was introduced to direct sales in 1985, and within two years had built a successful, multi-million dollar organization. My experience in the direct selling industry, along with my entrepreneurial spirit, drove me to help Gary turn his passion for essential oils and farming into a successful company. I thrive on empowering others and believe in growing the business with a genuine desire to help people live healthy, well-balanced lives. I am also personally invested in Young Living’s philanthropic endeavors, and lead global outreach efforts through the D. Gary Young Foundation. I embrace our company's commitment to provide support to individuals and communities as they strive to live healthy lifestyles.
