Development, Communication, And Recruitment Coordinator
Current• Recruit employees (in compliance with agency policies and procedures and external regulations) by collaborating with Managers and Directors, developing job ads, and posting positions internally and/or externally within established guidelines • Partner with the Homestudy and Family Resource Coordinator to create tailored ads, write ups, and social media posts specific to the individual(s) needing placement• Attract, screen, select and onboard qualified candidates as part of recruitment duties• Function as liaison to the Development and Communications Department regarding The Darren FUNd - Track and report items purchased and/or activities supported - Write awareness-building articles for Pathlight's newsletters - Assist with planning and facilitating fundraising or FUNd sponsored events/activities• Photograph individuals and events throughout Pathlight for promotional purposes• Write department letters, announcements, and various other messaging pieces on behalf of the Assistant Vice President of Family Based Living• Disseminate e-newsletters to Care Providers regarding department and organization news and updates • Act as the representative for the Shared Living and Adult Family Care programs at outreach and awareness events including job fairs, transition fairs, conferences, and other tabling eventsServe as one of the department representatives on Pathlight's 403(b) committee and on the state wide Shared Living and Adult Family Care Conference planning committee• Track Employee Retention and Referral Bonuses for eligible Shared Living and Adult Family Care program staff
