Managed all administrative and operational responsibilities for the organization as it grew from 11 to more than 150 employees. Led facility move from original start up Lab to larger location resulting in minimal disruption to the company workflow. Planned and designed complete renovation and build out of the next new location allowing the organization to accommodate significant growth. Consistently onboarded more than 10 new hires monthly and managed benefits for all employees. Instituted a weekly all company luncheon and newsletter supporting the culture and mission of the company.

Managed all aspects of non-profit visual arts organization, including day-to-day activities and maintained office equipment and technology systems, office and art studio maintenance. Led three part-time employees, three paid event coordinators and more than 300 volunteers. Planned and managed all events and programs including board meetings, arts festivals, large gallery receptions, award ceremonies, community events and fundraisers. Reported to the Board of Trustees.

Led all aspects of recruitment and staffing for the large technical division of Thomson Financial. Hired all levels of technical skills and management including vice presidents, directors, seniormanagers, project managers, engineers, operators and technicians. Managed all aspects of on-boarding and orientation for new hires. Negotiated salaries, bonuses and benefits, resulting in consistently below budgeted salary rates. Implemented and coordinated the administration of human resources programs and policies including employment, compensation, health and welfare benefits, professional development and employee relations for over 200 employees in multiple locations across the United States.
