Taught Real Estate Fundamentals two semesters per year. A business elective for most, this is the first course required for all Real Estate majors.

Managed over 50 client projects, served on various committees including acquisition transition, quality assurance, regulatory review, and risk management; Directed Project Management team in consistently achieving credit and revenue goals. Obtained State approval and communicated results to clients. Allocated resources to achieve competitive advantage and consistently achieved recognition for revenue production and client satisfaction. Led team of Subject Matter Experts for the Georgia Retraining Tax Credit (GRTC). Worked extensively with national healthcare corporations to achieve maximum tax benefits; Developed curriculum and implemented firm-wide new hire orientation and project management training.

An Affiliate of FCS Urban MinistriesSummerhill Real Estate Company was created as a full-service, not-for-profit, Real Estate Company for the purpose of assisting with acquisition and cleaning title to land prior to the 1996 Olympics. Charis Community Housing, as primary recipient of the land whether donated or purchased, would then use the land for construction of affordable housing. In addition, some of the land acquired was used to build multi-income housing with the assistance of financial partners in the Summerhill neighborhood.Served as Executive Director and Broker-in-Charge of Summerhill Real Estate and was responsible for making sure all elements of the company complied with State of Georgia real estate laws. Working with a team of title attorneys, continued work inventorying and acquiring vacant infill lots, finding owners, researching outstanding liens and taxes, negotiating with owners, contracting, conducting closings, completing title work, and, as needed, cleaning title by processing the land through the Fulton/DeKalb County Land Bank Authority. Participated with establishing the Land Bank Authority. While at SREC, mentored a young woman through obtaining her Georgia Real Estate Sales license to leave the firm under her direction in 1997.

Prior to the 1996 Olympics worked reclaiming and assembling land within the Summerhill neighborhood. Acquired over 700 lots which were ultimately redeveloped into mixed income single family housing.
