With over 15 years of experience in health policy and finance, I am a passionate and skilled professional who thrives on tackling complex challenges and finding effective solutions. I have a Master of Public Policy and a Master of Public Health from UC Berkeley, and I have applied my knowledge and expertise to various projects and initiatives in the public and nonprofit sectors.Most recently, I served as a Health Consultant to the Speaker of the California State Assembly, where I evaluated, tracked, monitored, and negotiated policy, political, and fiscal issues related to health services. I collaborated with the Newsom Administration, legislative committees, and stakeholders to advance the Speaker's vision and agenda. Previously, I managed the Office of Legislation, Regulation, and Public Affairs at the California Department of Developmental Services, overseeing a team of thirteen professionals and running the legislative operation.
