* Overseeing the marketing department* Coordinating the Team to source for investors and customers to key into company’s products and services * Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies* Evaluating and developing marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns* Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)* Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information* Guide, train and motivate sales team to meet or exceed the sales performance targets* Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns* Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software

* Assisting in supervising projects & ensuring delivery at the stipulated timeline* Source for vendors & negotiate prices that are favorable to the company* Sourcing for suitable lands & locations for projects* Allocation of Property to Clients * Preparing Client’s allocation letters * Ensure changes in project plan are communicated to the Marketing Department* Ensuring Land Search is done to verify authenticity of documents & status of land before any deal is sealed * In charge of monitoring the Approval process for every land
