Property Administrator And Resident Coordinator
Current• Proficient In Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook• Provide administration support to the Senior Property Manager (AGM)• Working with the various department managers to help resolve issues and concerns• Overseeing and provide direction to staff as needed• New Residents and/or Unit owners registration • Process payment for the following: common element fees, work orders, renovation deposit, elevator deposit, fobs and remotes, bicycle spots and etc...• Residents’ maintenance requests. • Dispatch instructions via operations software to appropriate maintenance associate.• Resident communication and notices.• Prepare and distributes documentation, notices and correspondences for building maintenance services.• Resident relation and retention by responding to general inquiries and improving service delivery.• Responds to resident requests in a timely manner.• Offers constructive suggestions to manager regarding improvements that can made to improve resident relations or maintain Senior Property Manager procedure.• Communicate with maintenance, security, lounge and transportation, housekeeping managers to ensure that residents are receiving consistently high level of timely customer service.• Prepare calendar and monthly newsletter
