• Responsible for Human resources:• Creating, communicating, and implementing the organization’s vision, mission, and overall direction.• Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business or their area of responsibility.• Evaluating the success of the organization.• Maintaining awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, • preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films andmultimedia programmes;• Performing other responsibilities as assigned by the president
